This stainless steel band replaces the strap your Garmin left you with and refocuses the watch as a bracelet you can wear every day. Choose between a milanese mesh that slides along the weave for micro adjustment or a link bracelet where links come out with a pin tool. Quick-release spring bars make swapping the band straightforward.
Keep the band where it will not rub against rough surfaces when you are not wearing the watch, and store it away from prolonged contact with any abrasive material. The folding clasp holds the watch closed during wear. If you remove links, keep the pins and spare links together so you can restore the bracelet later.

A strap is a strap. It does not change what a watch measures, it does not make a watch more water-resistant than the watch already is, and nothing here is a medical device.
