What we can help with

Whether a band goes on the watch you own, which width a Garmin takes, what the difference is between two straps that look alike in a photograph, why a figure on a page is not the figure at the checkout. Send the page you were on and the exact name of your watch - Vivoactive 5, Charge 6, 41mm Series 9 - and the answer will be a real one.

What we cannot help with

An order. We do not take them, so we cannot find one, change one, chase one or refund one. That is all with our retail partner, and the order page in your account there is the fastest route to it.

A wrong figure

Tell us the page and the number. A wrong width is a fault on our side, and it gets fixed on the next update rather than argued about.

How long

A couple of working days. There is no queue system, no ticket number and no automatic reply that says your message is important to us.
