How the GEAK catalogue is kept current

What gets updated, how often, and what to do when a figure here disagrees with the checkout.

The catalogue was last updated on October 11, 2026. That date covers the prices and the availability of every piece on the site, and it is the only place on this site where it is printed: a date under every card becomes wallpaper and stops being read.

What we update, and when

Prices and availability go through on a schedule. A piece that is no longer available comes off the site at the next build rather than sitting there with a figure nobody can buy at, and a piece that comes back returns the same way.

Measurements change far less often, and they are read off our own product data rather than retyped: lug width, the wrist range a strap closes over, the case sizes a band or a case is cut for, the material, the clasp and how many pieces come in the box. Where the data has no value for a field, the table on the page simply has no row for it.

When the two disagree

The price at the checkout is the one that counts. Between updates a figure here can go stale, and if it does, the checkout wins. That is the rule, and it is in the terms as well.

Where the outside facts come from

Three public texts do the work on this site, and every one of them is linked here in full. What the pages say about metal against skin, about nickel and the rash it can raise, and about who tends to react to it rests on those and on nothing else. We sell straps, and none of what we write about skin is medical advice.

Corrections

A wrong figure is a fault. Write to straps@geak-us.com with the page and the figure, and it is fixed at the next update.

Every width, every colour

Every width and colour in the GEAK selection sits behind this button, with the price from our last update against each one.
