geak-us.com is a catalogue. It shows the GEAK range, describes it in our own words and prices, and sends you to our retail partner to buy. It is not a shop: it takes no orders, holds no stock, ships nothing and refunds nothing.

Prices and availability

The figures here come from our own catalogue, which we update on a schedule. Between two updates a price moves, a colour sells out, a width goes quiet. The figure at the checkout is the one that counts, and where the two disagree the checkout wins.

Fit

Every band page names the watches the band is cut for and the lug width or case sizes it is made in. Those are the two facts that decide whether a strap will go on at all, and they are taken from our product data rather than guessed from a photograph. A watch that is not named on the page is a watch we are not claiming the strap fits.

Buying

Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. The terms, the delivery estimate, the returns window and the customer service are all theirs, and any dispute about an order is between you and them.

What a band is

A strap is a strap. It does not change what a watch measures, it does not make a watch more water-resistant than the watch already is, and nothing here is a medical device. Stainless steel releases small amounts of nickel, and nickel is the most common cause of allergic contact dermatitis in the United States; anyone who reacts to costume jewellery should read the material line before buying a mesh band. A band worn tight enough to leave a mark is worn too tight, and a rash under a watch is a reason to take the watch off and ask a clinician rather than to buy a different colour.

What is ours

The words on this site are written for it and the layout is ours. Product photographs belong to the brand and are shown here to describe what is being sold. Watch names are the trade marks of the companies that make those watches, and they appear here only to say what a strap fits. Copying a page wholesale is not on. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and welcome.

Liability

We take care with every figure and correct the ones that turn out to be wrong. We cannot promise a page is free of error, and we are not liable for a decision made on one. Nothing here is medical advice.
