Cut for the Garmin Instinct and Instinct 2, this 22 mm stainless steel band fits with quick-release spring bars for a straightforward swap. Choose between a milanese mesh that slides and locks along the weave, or a link bracelet where links come out with a pin tool. Both fasten with a pin buckle and sit with a firm, mechanical feel.
The milanese option bends and folds to lay flat against your wrist. The link bracelet shapes around the wrist through removed links, so you can fine-tune how it sits. Each style is made in steel and designed to pair with the Instinct line without altering the watch itself.

A strap is a strap. It does not change what a watch measures, it does not make a watch more water-resistant than the watch already is, and nothing here is a medical device.
