A stainless steel Milanese mesh loop that fastens with a magnetic clasp which slides along the weave. You will adjust it by moving the clasp to the position that feels right. The mesh breathes because it is perforated so air reaches the same side of the watch as the band.
A link bracelet option uses removable links with a pin tool so you can size the band down. It shares the same perforated pattern for ventilation and is cut to fit Galaxy Watch 8, Galaxy Watch 8 Classic and Galaxy Watch Classic in cases from 40 to 46mm.

A strap is a strap. It does not change what a watch measures, it does not make a watch more water-resistant than the watch already is, and nothing here is a medical device.
