A milanese mesh that locks with a sliding clasp for a fit you can nudge by the millimetre. It sits flat against the watch case and the weave gives a fine, articulated feel that moves with your wrist.
Or choose the link bracelet, with removable links held by pins that come out for resizing. The links add presence on the wrist. They can take a little time to size but the result is a tailored fit that stays where you set it.

A strap is a strap. It does not change what a watch measures, it does not make a watch more water-resistant than the watch already is, and nothing here is a medical device.
